In this endless

Sleep,

A constant lover

You found,

As for two dry-long years

In his arms, you lie.

Papa,

Grief fills the house,

Emptiness stares

And you know

I cannot

The way you do

Shape her.

Mama said you are in

A better place,

But that better place

Is just a word

That has no words.

I strolled outside my

Body,

And through the glassy air

Peeped,

But the reticence of

Anxiety and broiling aches

In wry decencies,

Pushed me back.

And all weary,

On despair’s redolent

Cross, I mourn and moan

Bludgeoned by a loss

That stained my sanity.

Keep resting in power, papa.
